White Rock – Proposed DCC Bylaw

The City of White Rock is updating its DCC program. Attached are the proposed DCC Bylaw (and Staff Report), which has been given First Reading by Council. Also attached is the accompanying DCC Background Report providing the rationale and calculations for the updated DCC program.
