UDI Letter re: Austin Heights Neighbourhood Density and Height Review

After a six-year moratorium on high-rise projects in the Austin Heights Neighbourhood Centre, Council is considering establishing a new policy that will allow buildings up to 25 stories to be built in the area. Please see  below for UDI’s letter of support to Council.
