City of North Vancouver RFP – 90 or 75 year long term lease or a fee simple purchase of five City lots

The City of North Vancouver is requesting responses to a Request for Proposal for the acquisition, by way of a 90 or 75 year long term lease or a fee simple purchase of five City lots and two lane closures fronting Lonsdale Avenue and 23rd Street East (currently the location of the Harry Jerome Community Centre, Silver Harbour Seniors’ Activity Centre and North Vancouver Lawn Bowling which are planned to be relocated in new facilities). The lands would be acquired for the purposes of multi-family residential and mixed development in the range of approximately 500,000 square feet.
Interested Proponents are invited to review the RFP that has been posted to BC Bid and to attend an Information Session on July 25, 2017.
